Deposits and payments All bookings online to be paid in full at time of booking.  All other bookings to be secured by a deposit of 1 night’s tariff, whichever is greater.  Bookings are not confirmed until your deposit or full payment has been processed.  Balance of tariff to be paid by 30 October for Christmas holiday bookings, by 28 February for Easter holiday and two weeks prior for school holidays and long weekend bookings.  At other times, balance of tariff is to be paid at check-in.

Additional fees apply for more than two occupants, linen for additional occupants and services.  Management reserves the right to amend the total cost of bookings made online where incomplete or inaccurate information is provided at the time of booking. A surcharge applies for one-night stays in cabins.

A $20 surcharge applies to all Pet Friendly cabin bookings.

Prices are GST inclusive and are valid from 1st February and expire on the 31st January each year. Management reserves the right to reasonably amend or alter prices at any time without notice. A payment surcharge applies to all credit and debit card payments. The amount of the surcharge depends on the type of card used. There is no charge for EFTPOS or bank transfers.

Cancellations and changes No “change of mind” refunds for Christmas holiday, Easter holiday and school holiday bookings.  For all other periods, cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the start date of the booking and either:

(1) a $10 administration fee will apply to refunds processed on EFTPOS or credit cards (no admin fee for bank transfers) and your first night’s accommodation will be deducted from your refund; or

(2) you may choose to apply your refund to a future booking within 12 months of the original booking date.

The booking may only be moved once and if subsequently cancelled your prepayment will not be refunded. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the booking date will forfeit the prepayment.

If you check out after 10am without prior arrangement this will be charged as an additional day.

Holding of booking A booking will be held for 24hours after check-in time of your day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. After this the booking is deemed to be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Cabin or site allocation and relocation Cabin and site allocation is at the manager’s discretion.  Particular sites or cabins can be requested and your preference noted but management does not guarantee a particular site or cabin. Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site or cabin number after booking if management deems necessary (with notice if possible).
Guest equipment We do our best to accommodate everybody but due to the cosy nature of the park and the location of slabs on most of our sites, some guest equipment is unable to fit. If your van is larger than 8.5m (including drawbar) or you are intending to use a large camper trailer or tent, then please contact the park prior to booking to see if we can accommodate you.
Discounts Please advise management if you are entitled to a discount at the time of booking.  Unless explicitly stated in offer, no discounts apply during the Christmas and Easter period, school holidays or long weekends.  You must mention the discount at the time of booking.
Pets Pets are allowed for powered site bookings and bookings for cabins 7, 8 and 10 only.  Pet owners please refer to our pets’ page for information and rules regarding pets.  By booking you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our pet rules.  Management reserves the right to cancel your booking with no refund if you do not abide by the pet rules.  A $25 cleaning surcharge applies to all bookings.  Management also reserves the right to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee if any cabin or site requires cleaning “above and beyond” what is considered normal.
Cleaning fee You agree that we may charge an additional cleaning fee against your credit card if your cabin or site is not left in a reasonable condition.
Trees and branches We run an extensive tree-pruning and maintenance program, however despite our best efforts sometimes nature can get ahead of us. The park takes no responsibility for damage caused by falling branches or from the elements.
Bunk beds in cabins It is our duty of care to advise all parents that children under the age of 9 years should not sleep on the top bunk as it can be dangerous (as per the Australian Standard).
Age  You must be over 18 years of age to stay with us if you are not accompanied by a parent, guardian or carer.
Flooding In the event of flooding and SES has recommended moving to higher ground we will provide a refund for the nights you have paid for and have been unable to stay. In all other cases it is at the park manager’s discretion to determine whether a refund should be provided.
